Okay so its only fair that we report something good about a celebrity for once!! Brad Pitt is planning to help rebuild New Orleans 9th ward..His project is called "Make it Right Project" I have to give credit to Brad and Angelina they really are humanitarians....and he probably left Jenifer because she is just another Hollywood actress without substance..these two travel the world they adopt kids and they genuinely look like they enjoy doing these good deeds...
Pitt said each home will cost approximately 150,000 US dollars (£75,000) to build and will be built on stilts as a precaution against the threat of future flooding.
Pitt said he would like to see thousands built and he would like his "green" building initiatives to extend beyond the Lower 9th Ward.
"We begin here, but my hope is that we can get next door to Jefferson Parish ... that we can keep growing this thing," he said.
Pitt expects new foundations to be in place by next summer. He has pledged to match five million US dollars (£2.25 million) worth of contributions for the project, and billionaire Steve Bing has pledged the same.
