Amy Whino's husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, was moved to the prison hospital following his arrest for attempting to tamper with the legal process. If you don't know the story Amy's husband is being held on charges stemming from a case in which he is accused of assaulting a barman in June.
According to the charges read in court, Fielder-Civil conspired with the alleged victim of the assault, persuading him to withdraw as a witness at the trial, which was to begin Monday. Anthony Kelly, 25, also was ordered held in custody, accused of assisting Fielder-Civil.
Kelly and Fielder-Civil are among five men arrested in relation to the assault case.
Fielder-Civil and Michael Brown, 39, face charges of assaulting the barman on June 20.
Fielder-Civil, was mobbed by inmates at the jail after his arrival. Blake Fielder-Civil, 25, was ordered held in custody until Nov. 23.
